Buit ecommerce and static sites for the Young Automotive Group with Shopify, Wordpress, and Astro. Overlooked DevOps with hosting using godaddy and digital ocean, corrected errors and site outages when they arose.
Built 400+ marketing and eCommerce sites, translated UX wireframes into front-end components, and built a customer-facing email management interface using Twig, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Developed 4 client WordPress themes using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Elementor, and DIVI. Applied accessibility best practices and SEO guidelines.
Built a JavaScript chatbot serving 40,000+ daily users and redesigned the internal knowledge base, reducing support response time by 75%.
