The XOLogic Flooring themes were developed to highlight the comprehensive flooring solutions offered by Lit Living,. The themes, used for both xoflooringsite1.com and xoflooringsite2.com, integrates product showcases, client testimonials, service details, and responsive design to deliver a modern, user-friendly experience that reflects the company’s commitment to quality and expertise.

My Role

I independently designed and developed the theme using WordPress and WPBakery, incorporating plugins like ACF and Font Awesome for enhanced functionality and custom icons. My responsibilities included creating a visually appealing layout, integrating flooring product displays, and ensuring SEO optimization and responsiveness across devices.

Process

The development process began with crafting a clean, structured layout using HTML and CSS, tailored to showcase LitLivings’s offerings such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet. I utilized WPBakery for flexible page building and integrated Font Awesome icons to enhance visual appeal. ACF was used to manage custom content fields, ensuring seamless product and testimonial integration. The theme was optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-device compatibility, with careful attention to user experience and accessibility.
